Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Neoshop is a commerce platform that lets merchants build and run online stores. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the Neoshop application.
01Who we are
Neoshop operates the platform at neoshop.online and the application at neo-commerce.store. For merchant accounts and this website, Neoshop is the data controller. You can reach us at hello@neoshop.online.
For the data of a store’s customers, the merchant who runs that store is the controller and Neoshop acts as a processor on their behalf.
02What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, password hash and store details when you create an account.
Store data: products, orders, customers, inventory and settings you add while running your store.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, and interactions with the platform, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
03Payments
Card and wallet payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Full card numbers never touch Neoshop servers; we receive only the confirmation, amount and a reference needed to record the order.
04How we use data
To provide and operate the platform, process transactions, respond to support requests, secure accounts, meet legal obligations, and send service messages. Marketing messages are optional and separate, and you can opt out at any time.
05Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, under contracts that limit their use of it; and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
06Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language. Analytics cookies, where used, measure aggregate usage and can be declined.
07Retention and security
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and stores are isolated from one another at the database level.
08Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Write to hello@neoshop.online and we will respond within a reasonable time. Customers of a store should contact that store’s merchant first, and we will assist the merchant in fulfilling the request.
09Changes
When this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the platform after a change means the new version applies.
