Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Neoshop platform: this website, the application, and the stores you create with it. By creating an account you agree to them.
01The service
Neoshop provides tools to build and operate an online store: storefront themes, a visual builder, product and inventory management, payment integrations, shipping settings and analytics. We may improve or change features over time.
02Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter contracts to open a store.
03Your store and your customers
You own your store’s content: products, images, text and customer relationships. You are responsible for what you sell, for describing it truthfully, for fulfilling orders, for your store’s own policies, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection and tax rules.
04Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to sell unlawful goods or services, infringe intellectual property, mislead buyers, send spam, or interfere with the platform’s security or other merchants’ stores. We may suspend stores that do.
05Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Fees for a period already started are not refunded except where the law says otherwise.
06Payments
Payment processing for your store is provided by third-party providers under their own terms. Neoshop is not a bank and does not hold your settlement funds.
07Intellectual property
The platform, its themes and its software remain the property of Neoshop and its licensors. We grant you a licence to use them for running your store while your account is active. You grant us the licence needed to host and display your content in order to provide the service.
08Termination
You can close your account at any time and export your data before doing so. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the platform ends and we delete or return your data in line with the Privacy Policy.
09Liability
The platform is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Neoshop’s total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
